Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night. My husband and I woke up to a house that was a mere 58 degrees! Austin from Optimum Air arrived and fix our heater with ease. Now we are warm and cozy without worrying about freezing in the winter months. We definitely will call them in the future if the need arises. Austin has come to our house now 3 different times for 3 different issues. He has always been professional and personable and knowledgable. He advised us on our 2nd visit that the ignitor switch will be going out soon. When it failed I was able to give Optimum Air accurate information so that he was only at our house for 15 minutes or so before he had our problem fixed. I love that they call when they are 30 minutes out and I love that they keep sending us the same technician. I will reccomend Optimum Air to anyone that asks. Thank you!

Austin came out the same morning I called. Heat wouldn’t work. I had already cleaned the flame sensor to no avail. Ended up needing a new blower motor. Austin seemed knowledgeable its working great now.
